Warranties and Inspection

All parts sold by D. Langlois Pièces Usagées are covered according to their specific category:

• Verified Used Parts: Covered by a limited 30-day warranty from the date of receipt against major defects not disclosed at the time of sale.

• Remanufactured / Reconditioned Parts: Covered by a limited 90-day warranty from the date of receipt against any manufacturing or reconditioning defect.

• Parts Sold "As-Is" / For Parts: Sold in their current state, without any warranty, express or implied, and with no possibility of return or refund.

• Electronic Components: Electronic components are sold with no possibility of return, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility and Installation Conditions

For the warranty to apply, the part must obligatorily have been installed by a qualified and certified mechanic according to the manufacturer's original specifications. Proof of professional installation (garage or mechanic invoice) will be required for any claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Improper installation, assembly error, or inadequate adjustment.

• Misuse, overloading, lack of oil, fluid contamination, or overheating.

• Modification, alteration, disassembly, or attempted repair of the part without our prior written authorization.

• Normal wear and tear or breakage caused by debris or an external element.
